Improves connectivity, and shoulders are needed to improve safety.

No need for turn lanes, but widening the road with a little extra room on each shoulder would be a huge help. Plus, posting additional speed limit signs would be helpful.

I use Burnett Station Road to get to and from Knoxville. It is narrow and dangerous and runs to and from a school. It should be reconstructed as soon as possible.
